The Short-lived Holiday

After yesterday's registration at UKM, I stopped by Midvalley for some gym, dinner and window-shopping. Spent most of my time in MPH, browsing the Christmas highlights. Sadly, nothing inviting nor attractive until I saw these:


Page illuminator with 1.5x magnification, although stated 3x
Portable 3x bar magnifier with illuminator 

They can be termed as Low Vision Aids, particularly useful in enhancing contrast, lighting and text sizes for people with reading difficulties or being diagnosed as low vision patients. Quite disappointed with the use of blue LED's though (something to do with colorimetry) as oppose to yellow tungsten light.

Well, this Christmas is going to be a moderate one for me.

    Blue@ Vision 2020, so no need :p Well it can be prescribed following calculated best effective power for people with low vision.
